EXPECTATIONS
Be respectful to everyone. Be respectful to the equipment, weight room and locker room. Give your best effort. Help your classmates out with spotting, with correct lifting technique and motivating them. Class begins 3 minutes after the last bell and I expect everyone to be ready to go.

CLOTHES--They need to be clean. Tee shirts cannot be torn (sleeves cannot be cut out), shoes will be tied. You will need a pair of indoor tennis shoes.
CELLPHONES-Turn in at the beginning of class in container by the coaches office.
TARDIES--One point will be deducted for Tardies 1-4. Starting with 5th and after will be 2 points taken off plus detention.
ABSENCE/NOTES THAT SAY TO DO NOTHING--Regular class--5 per semester for every day; 3 for every other day. After that, a zero is earned. To remove the zero, one must make up the workout. For Soar class time--3 per semester for every day; 2 for every other day.
